We are committed to delivering work that meets the agreed brief. Our revision policy is designed so that refunds are rarely needed — but when they are, we handle them fairly and promptly.
1. Advance deposit
A 50% advance is required to confirm your order. This covers the initial research, planning and writer assignment. The advance is non-refundable once writing has commenced (typically within 24 hours of confirmation).
2. Refund eligibility — before work commences
If you cancel your order before work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid. Please cancel as soon as possible via WhatsApp.
3. Refund eligibility — after work commences
Once work has started, refunds are available in the following situations:
- We deliver significantly later than the agreed deadline — and the delay was caused by us, not by a change in your brief. A partial refund of 10–30% may be offered depending on the delay.
- We are unable to complete the order — a full refund of all amounts paid will be issued.
- The delivered work fundamentally does not match the agreed brief — after all three revision rounds have been used and the work remains materially non-compliant with the original brief, a partial or full refund will be assessed case by case.
4. What is not refundable
- Dissatisfaction due to a change of mind or change in requirements after work has commenced.
- Academic outcomes — we cannot control how supervisors, committees or journals respond to work.
- Orders where the client has not used the included revision rounds.
5. How to request a refund
- Contact us via WhatsApp with your order ID and the reason for your refund request.
- We will review your case within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method (EPS) within 7–10 business days.
6. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with our resolution, please escalate in writing to our management team via email (contact shown on our website). We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly.
